“A project is successful when it meets the three main criteria: on time, on budget and with the required quality requirements. The key factors for meeting these main criteria are highly depending on the team and the team spirit. My goal is to strike a good balance between the ‘blue side’: details, interfacing, project knowledge, processes and structure and the ‘human side’: management, wellbeing, motivation and responsibilities of team members.”
